Students have to fill in the application form according to their Country of origin and based on art. 8 on the public announcement.
Foreign students
All students must complete the online registration form, following the procedure indicated on this site.
Students who won scholarships for the academic year 2023/2024 who intend to reapply for the academic year. 2024/2025, for the same level of studies, they will not have to resubmit the documentation relating to the economic requirement; in fact, it will be sufficient to complete the online application, declaring in the appropriate section that their economic condition has not changed compared to the previous year.
The documentation required by art. 8 of the notice, in original, translated and legalized, must instead be duly attached to the application in the following cases:
- foreign student who was not a scholarship winner in the academic year. 2023/2024
- foreign student winner of a scholarship in the academic year 2023/2024 for a three-year degree course enrolling in 2024/2025 for a 1st year of a master's degree
- foreign student winner of a scholarship in the academic year 2023/2024 who requests the semester scholarship for a three-year degree course for 2024/2025 and who intends to submit a request for conversion when enrolling in the master's degree course (art. 6 point 1)
- foreign student winner of a scholarship in the academic year 2023/2024 for a single-cycle master's degree course which for the a.y. 2024/2025 is considered to be in the 4th conventional year of registration.
Students from Extra-EU countries
All the documentation below must be translated into Italian and legalized by the Italian diplomatic authorities of the country of origin. For further information, consult the page of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Translations and legalization of documents.

Students from developing countries
Developing countries outside the European Union are identified by the MUR decree n. 440 of 02.13.2024
Students coming from these countries must present one of the two documents indicated below:
1. Certification issued by the Italian Representation in the country of origin which certifies that the student does not belong to a family known to have a high income and high social level.
2. Certification issued by the Diplomatic Authority (Embassy or Consulate) of your country in Italy which certifies that the student does not belong to a family known to have a high income and high social level.
Please remember that the certification must be legalized by the Prefecture.
Students from EU countries
Students coming from the European Union must complete the appropriate self-declaration, which can be downloaded at the end of completing the online benefits application.
